Rides on Trains

Their name lifted from the murk of a Faulkner novel, this three piece explosion of energy and passion was placed on indefinite hiatus when guitarist Matt Perkins departed for the sunny shores of California (bassist Wil Gladstone and drummer Bob Hoskins went on to found Heroes and Villains), but one self titled ep marks their existence. Five songs as unique among themselves as they are against any other artist's, it's worth the price of admission for the rambling, intriguing and sometimes terrifying 16 minute epic, Silent House.
