Brit Albion

Tally Ho's "house band," Brit Albion is a meld of many different projects and ideas, from twee pop posturing to alt-country introspection. Their inaugural release, Weak Guitar, is available now. Below you will find the ambitious project that released a new e.p. every month during 2007.

JANUARY

Weak Guitar

FEBRUARY

While Ghosts

Brit Albion's second ep of 2007, While Ghosts, is a bit fuller than the debut, featuring songs loosely based around true events of real life characters, fictional musings of real life characters and true events of fictional characters. Got all that? Pulling influences from bits of Americana and folk, it's sure to please anyone who enjoyed the tasty snippets of the first release.

MARCH

Winter Guide

An extension of February's release, March's ep, Winter Guide, explores the world of self analysis through the eyes of alienated war heroes, confectionery creations and fictitious bluesmen.

APRIL

Wee Gems

A collection of miniature songs, these are mostly ditties and demos that never went any further than a verse and a chorus before they were abandoned for other ideas. Now they’ve been recorded as songs proper, short but sweet, here for you to love.

MAY

Wendy Glaze

JUNE

Water Glyphs

Here you'll find songs about forbidden love, love gone wrong and heroin abuse, as well as Brit Albion's first instrumental offering. Water Glyphs has just about everything you're looking for and you can even hum along to it. See if you can hear the kitty.

JULY

Wasted Gravity

A notebook full of old lyrics was found, several as far back as ten years ago (eek!), so some music from the here and now was placed around these little poetic gems about relationships childhood and bounty hunters, packaged and then delivered to your cyber-doorstep as the Wasted Gravity ep.

AUGUST

Withered Glory

SEPTEMBER

Wagner, Greg

OCTOBER

Wicked Gage

NOVEMBER

White Glass

DECEMBER

Wound Gold
