Belles and Maillets

The Flurries have splintered into two side projects and here are the rhythm section's efforts. This is a very minimal project, simply "vocals, guitars and chiming things," says bassist E. Lucian. Yes, we get it, and we totally love it. They've recorded two EPs, the first a collection of stripped down favorites by other artists and the second, aptly titled The Separations EP, chronicling, out of order it would seem, the romance and subsequent break up of drummer M. Lee Gore from some gal named Julie (who evidently uses a lot of hairspray).
